Social Security/Disability Cases
There is NO consultation fee for our services and you owe us nothing unless we win your case. The attorney fee, if we win, is limited to 25% of the back pay, or $6,000, whichever is less. No fees come out of your monthly check or out of your pocket after benefits are awarded.
Cessation Cases
If you already receive disability benefits but were notified your benefits will end because you are better and not disabled, we can help to protect those benefits. We ask that our cessation clients pay us 25% of each monthly check received while the appeal is pending. If we win, we ask the Social Security Administration to approve our fee. If the case is unsuccessful, all monies deposited are returned to you.
